HoopMaster Brother PR Accessories Kit

This fixture is specifically designed to securely hold the bottom ring of the Brother 180 x 130 mm hoop in place, ensuring stability and precision during your hooping process.

The 180 x 130 mm Brother hoop fixture uses thumb screws for easy mounting. There are no nuts to use. Simply thread the thumb screws through the mounting holes on the fixture, and into the holes on the HoopMaster station. With multiple holes available, you have various mounting choices to suit your needs.

Note:

Lost screws can be replaced by purchasing standard 6-32 x 5/8 inch screws at a hardware store.

Place your preferred embroidery stabilizer over the bottom ring in the fixture, and use the black tabs to securely clamp it down. With the stabilizer firmly in place, you’re now ready to load your garment and proceed with precision hooping.

With the bottom ring secured in the fixture and the stabilizer clamped down, you can easily load and hoop your garment on the HoopMaster station. The setup provides stability and precision for your embroidery projects.

This Brother hoop fixture is designed to hold two hoop sizes on the HoopMaster Station:

• The Brother PR 300 x 200 mm hoop
• The Brother PR 360 x 200 mm hoop

The fixture has two halves and puzzle spacers, making it adaptable to both hoop sizes mentioned above.

Please Note:

• This fixture cannot be used for any other embroidery machine brands or sizes.
• The Brother 300 x 200 mm and 360 x 200 mm hoops are NOT INCLUDED when buying this fixture.

Hook the two halves of the fixture together either with or without the puzzle spacers, depending on which hoop you are using.

The puzzle spacers extend the length of the fixture to accommodate the larger 360x200 mm hoop.

The 300/360 x 200 mm Brother Hoop fixture uses thumb screws for easy mounting, without any nuts. Simply thread the thumb screws through the mounting holes on the fixture and into the holes on the HoopMaster station.

Multiple mounting holes are available, allowing you to turn the fixture sideways for horizontal hoop placement. This flexibility ensures that you can accommodate various embroidery projects with ease.

When the bottom ring is secured in the fixture, use the black tabs to clamp down on the embroidery stabilizer. This prevents the stabilizer from shifting while loading your garment or the item you want to embroider, ensuring precise and stable hooping.

Easy Installation:

The two pins on the back of this fixture are designed for easy mounting on both the FreeStyle Base and the larger HoopMaster Stations. These pins ensure secure placement on either station, providing stability and precision during the hooping process.

Multiple Placement Options:

Place the pins in the holes on the FreeStyle Mounting Base to securely lock the fixture in place. The FreeStyle Mounting Base has two sets of holes, allowing for two placement positions. Similarly, there are multiple mounting positions on the HoopMaster Station.

Perfect Fit:

This fixture is specifically designed to securely hold the bottom ring of the Brother 60 x 40 mm hoop in place, ensuring stability and precision during your hooping process.

Stabilizer Clamps:

Place your preferred embroidery stabilizer over the bottom ring in the fixture, and use the black tabs to securely clamp it down. This ensures that the stabilizer remains firmly in place, making it easier to hoop your item.

Accuracy and Precision:

With the bottom ring secured in place and the stabilizer clamped down, you can easily adjust your garment for the perfect embroidery placement. The elevation provided by the FreeStyle Portable Mounting Base is especially beneficial when hooping sleeves and other small cylindrical items.
