Free standard shipping within the UAE is offered on orders of AED80 and over. For orders below AED80, a flat shipping fee of AED16.50 will be charged at check-out.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship on Monday. 

We use a third party courier company to fulfill shipments. Orders are dispatched as next-day delivery, with expected delivery within 1–2 business days. It is essential to answer the call from the courier company when they attempt to reach you regarding your delivery. Failing to do so may result in the delivery not being completed, as they require direct confirmation for every delivery.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate urgent or same-day delivery requests, as our courier partner does not offer same-day delivery services. We appreciate your understanding and recommend placing orders in advance to allow sufficient time for processing and delivery

We do not ship internationally. We only ship to addresses within the United Arab Emirates.
